The units are very nice, new carpet, stainless steel appliances, garden tub, full size laundry room, dark wood cabinets, plenty of power and cable outlets, great balcony with a view of the golf course and lake. Yes, it is in the flight path, but you can barely hear the planes inside your apartment. We are both traveling RN's and we sleep in the day in order to work nights and we have had no problems. The staff have been very friendly and maintenance has been prompt and professional. Nice pool, hot tub, sauna, raquetball, basketball, full weight room, business office, and club house. What else do you want' There are no perfect apartments; most of the people who are trashing this place are the ones who should be living in private houses, not apartments.

new carpet like we are supposed to be jumping up and down about that puh-lease and guess who pays for that yup the poor tentant who just vacated that apartment! Wood cabinets and plent of outlet oh another YAY! As far as the the pools, club house & weight room the ones who use it the most are the employees And for the price you pay here you expect an it to be an enjoyable stay. And trust NO it is not. They charge for anything and everything they can so if you think you are ONLY paying your rent each month think again. I have had 3 bikes stolen from my child, all my plants and door mat and on top of all of that my car was broken into. Go ahead and complain to the staff and all you get is the brush off and blank stares. The manager treats you like you are beneath her and not worth her time. She talk to you w/no respect unless she can see the money bags trailing behind you. And as far as the airplanes not being able to hear them it has to be because you are sleeping because you cannot miss them it is everyday and constant. Can't carry on a conversation on the phone or even watch a tv show and enjoy it! So it does not matter if I live in a house or apartment I would like alittle respect, not be ripped off and not get my eyes poked out every chance they get to stick me with another charge.
