How could property mgt. expect this site to work. Flybye central is not a place to live unless you are into premature deafness for you and your loved ones....or really, really enjoy airplane flybyes 100 ft. above you every 5 minutes 24/7! Oh did i mention the sguirrely/sneaky manager. She self reportly spyed on our vehicle when we went to view. Later she said she looked through the window and spotted a dent on our car that was innapropriate for her community, but we could rent a garage and hide it until repaired. Be careful discrimination is everpresent here. Who knows you may be the wrong race, ethnicity or religion!

I enjoy lliving at Villas at Vista del Norte. I have lived here for 5 months now. Yes I hear the plains flying above my apartment,but I also have a wonderful wooded view faceing no apartments,just elegant homes. Every once in a while I see deer. I walk my dogs to the lake and golf course. After work I enjoy relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. I'm glad that this community is a bit strict as far as letting certain cars in. I dont want to have to worry about my car getting dented by others parked next to me with a car that already has scratches,dents and faded paint. Here, the cars that are parked next to me are new vehicles. I'm happy.

Are you sure we live in the same place? Well I am glad you are because I am not I have had my apartment broken into the first week I was here so they obviously are not that great at keeping people out or security. The police officer himself told me they have had a steady stream of break ins here and it is not uncommon so I am looking at getting out of here asap. If you ask me the woods help with the break ins here.

I dont live at this complex, I live down the road at Walker Ranch ( another nice complex.) The thing about break ins and anything security wise, you have to keep in mind that crime just doesnt disappear because you live in a nice neighborhood. If anything, I would be more weary of crime occurring BECAUSE its a nice neighborhood. If i'm a theif, I'm going to want to go where the money's at. And it looks like they do as much as they can security wise which is to say it's a gated community. Your security is in YOUR hands. YOU are the one that needs to be vigilant in securing whats important to you whether it be your apartment or your car, etc. Living in a really nice area usually give people a false sense of security in which they think nothing bad can happen to them because theres this invisible force field in which theives can't penetrate. Think twice no matter where you live.
