In the midst of apartment searching a friend recommended I check out this particular property. I asked about the noice from the airport while we took the tour and the leasing agent said that it's really not that bad. Just to be sure I came back on another day only to experience the same noisy experience from airplanes flying over. To say the least the apartments were not stellar however the ameneties were far above any property I have visited. But don't lease for the extras; it's the apartment that you have to live in day in and day out. That like buying a not so stellar house and saying, "Well, the house isn't grand but the neighborhood association is outstanding." For the rent the units could be so much better.

Gee do you think this is from the apartment manager. Yes, the planes are noisy. They wake you up each night. And, no, the price is expensive since you can't sleep.

No. My comment above is not from management. I lived there for a while and actually liked living there. Just because I didn't trash talk this place doesn't mean you should Automatically assume my comment is from inside sources. All I have to say to you is that you already knew about the noise from airplanes flying above before moving in. Come on, how can you not notice it. I know I did when viewing the community and no they aren't expensive. If you think they were above your budget then you should have looked elsewhere, somewhere less luxury. Then you wouldn't have any complaints, oh no wait! You would write that you car is brokeN into regularly and trash lives above you
