I HAVE TO SAY YOU WOULD THINK FOR THE PRICE THEY CHARGE HERE THEY NEED TO OBVIOUSLY PAY THERE EMPLOYEES MORE. AT MY SHOCK AND AMAZEMENT TWO EMPLOYEES ARE DIGGING IN THE DUMPSTER ON A REGULAR BASIS I MIGHT ADD.THE SAD PART IS IT IS ACTUALLY A JOKE AROUND HERE NOW. I HAVE EVEN OBSERVED ONE TAKING A MATRESS OUT AND PUTTING IT BY THERE OFFICE AND LATER TAKING IT HOME A FEW DAYS LATER. DISGUSTING IF YOU ASK ME. WHEN I WAS GOING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT AND ASK WHO THEY WERE I WAS INFORMED BY ONE OF THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE THAT ONE OF THEM IS THE MAINTANCE SUPERVISOR AND NOW IF THAT IS NOT SCAREY ENOUGH WHY WOULD I LET THEM IN MY APARTMENT TO DO ANY WORK. SO IF YOU WANT TO SEE PEOPLE DIGGING IN DUMPSTERS, LOUD NOISE FROM AIRPLANES THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Smart choice stay away from this place...the scam starts when you move they charge you to replace the entire carpet and paint..etc...you will be out thousands.

you are so lucky you looked here first do not move in it is a trap. They charge for everything and if they make a mistake good luck getting them to pay for it. And as far as what you were saying about them digging in the dumpsters that is sad but true. They dress sloppy and look like they just got out of bed.

I had a maintenance man ask me to let him know if I needed his help taking my trash to the dumpster. He knew I was moving and wanted to go through my stuff......

It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non-payment of rent or other lease violations, those who have never actually lived on the property or are posted by competitors.
