This has to be one of the worst run managed places I have ever encountered. The front office is so rude you can feel it when you walk in. The noise level is so HIGH from the airport that it is just like living ON THE RUNWAY.

You can smell a dishonest post when management tries to boost it's numbers here , why because this apartment complex has serious issues. They can try and whoo you with the facilities but it's the apartment that counts.

I have a question, when you toured the complex, did you NOT notice those big things flying over head, called Airplanes? I was there for a tour and at least 2 flew over head, on the landing approach. I noticed the loudness of the noise. So if you know that the place you are renting is near an airport and the noise levels are a factor....then why move there? I cant speak for your other complaints. When I went they were very nice and explained everything very well.

there is NO WAY to know the frequency of the airplanes by a random afternoon visit. there are particular morning and evening times where all the planes are coming in or out and it is very, very loud, "anonymous".

Your sense of smell is off. I wrote the review you are writing about. You sound like a very bitter person. Look for me with the big brown dog around building 11 you will see I am not a member of Mgt.

I agree with this frustrated person. The planes do not fly over there all day but are very annoying. We missed it, too. Not to mention the fact that when you are a prospective client, they treat you like gold. Once you're a resident, you are like dirt on their feet. They really do have serious management personality issues. And their care of the place is to care less. Anyone can come onto the property and use the facilities and they don't do a thing. People use the pool, pee in it, and get drunk and they do nothing. We tried desperately to get them to help, but ended up leaving for another better-managed property. And we saved a ton of money and have more space, better amenities, and get respect from the office when we go there to ask questions. Do yourself a favor. Don't live there.
