Management is absolutely terrible! They are the worst I have ever had to deal with. Luckily I have lived in apartments for 7 years so I know what to ask. They are a new management company and you can definitely hear and see their inexperience. The staff tells you one thing and another says another. They had everything wrong about our lease from the price to the move in date to the concessions. The only thing they did have right was the apartment number. They do not try to work with residents and once you sign the lease, they are completely different. They don't try to help or understand situations that you may need management to help you out. Terrible terrible management.

Yes, the apartments are brand new. They are nice, and in a great location. If it wasn't for the proximity to my new work location, then I would have backed out of the lease after seeing how they treated us.

Think twice before signing here. They are inexperienced and it shows.

Is the management the only thing wrong with these apartments? I have been searching around and these apartments seem to offer the most bang for your buck so to speak. Where i'm at now management isn't so good either but there are other problems that are making me break my lease early. New Orleans Katrina victims are making me and my wife victims along with other tenants. Crime has gone up and cars get broken into on a daily basis. Would i have to worry about any of that there? Please let me know. Thanks.

I live at Melograno and I love it never had any problems with management as you can see either has any one else. No crime here the place is quiet except during the day with construction but its a new property what do you expect. If this person thinks management is bad why are they still here? I have not seen any katrina victims I think the rental criteria is a bit strict.

I can't leave beacause I just signed a 13 month lease. It took two weeks for them to call out a GE guy to come fix our appliances. Is it reasonable to wait 14 days to be able to use your microwave and washer and dryer after moving in 2 days? The apartments are nice, the location is nice, the neighbors have been nice...I just wish management was nicer to work with.

I have worked in the apartment industry although I no longer do, but it is in my experience that maybe you didn't pay all that much attention yourself and perhaps you may be to blame as well. Sometimes it is not poor management but an honest misunderstanding or assuming on both parts. I live here and have had no problems w/ management and believe they were really honest with me on everything and I can't complain but I also realize from my past experience that you cannot make everyone happy.
