I've been living here for a month now and so far I havent had any problems. My apartment has some minor defects(brand new apartment) but they always come the next day to take a look and fix it. I have alot of professional students from the health science center living around me which is good because I am a student there myself. There are a few regular college students that live here but so far i haven't had any noise problems. The tenants directly above me make loud banging noises sometimes which annoys the hell out of me but I guess its ok bc they dont do it at night. I never hear my neigbors on my floor except when they open and close their front doors(i can only hear it in my living room). I was skeptical about security at first because of the reviews of the near by apartments but there hasn't been any problems in terms of that. I accidently left my car door(overnight) and apartment door(daytime) unlocked once (will never happen again) but no problems even with that gate being open all the time (its finally fixed... i think). The staff always greets and treat me with professional courtesy. I completely trust them when I am getting a package delivered(i do alot of online shopping). They treat your stuff like it was their own. I thought that parking would be a problem because we dont have assigned parking spots but I always get parking right in front of the stairs that lead to my apartment. I am trying to think of some complaints but all i can think of is having to carry the trash out to the dumpster and the long walk (from where i am) to the pool, work out room or the mailboxes. Who knows, maybe it'll get worse in the next few months, but I dont see that happening. This place is definitely good for the lifestyle of a professional student.
