I'm so glad I found this place 10 months ago! The apartment is beautiful and so are the grounds once the construction workers left. My neighbors are considerate and fun to be around. The office staff are very helpful and professional. They truly care about their residents! Parking has been tight for a bit, but recently with the tow truck moving unauthorized vehicles from parking spaces, it has become easier to find parking. Maintenance has been superb! I have had to get a few things fixed (normal for new places or any place for that matter) and either a contractor has come out if it's under warranty or our maintenance guys have come to fix the problem. All I have to do is call the office staff and they arrange for the item to be fixed or replaced. There is a younger crowd here, but with the Universities near by, I expected that. I want to thank the office staff for a great place to live. GOOD JOB and THANK YOU FOR CARING ABOUT US! I hope to stay here as long as I live in San Antonio!
