Obviously the mgmt is writing on this and I am glad to see residents finally start pointing out whats wrong with the apartment. I would not recommend anyone moving in to the complex for two main reasons; parking and staff. Parking is non-existant. I am a resident here and have had my personal car towed, my girlfriends car towed, and several of my friends cars towed. Its pathetic. When I went to the office I told them I am a resident, all they told me was "too bad, you should have had your sticker more visable. Lets just say missing your first classes in the morning and wasting $180 is insane.

The price I pay for my apartment here is not worth it. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Totally agree with you... Patty was bad, but the new people are WORSE! Patty used to brag about how many cars they towed each night. (For some reason she liked talking to my bf and would say, "we got 11 today!" or "only 6 this time." And with mgmt being worse.... watch it. Don't move in to "Villas at Medical Ctr" W/ that new name it fits the cheapness

I live here and think the towing thing is crazy! I understand that parking is bad SO ADD MORE PARKING SPOTS don't make our parents suffer by having to crawl under the gate because the guest parking in the front is full and they will get towed if they park inside, and don't tell me to get a guest parking pass because for the whole damn apt complex you only have 3!
