Staff Vs Residents

Okay, so aside from the recent DECLINE in middle to upper class residents and the NEW Management Staff (aside from Stef), this place is not worthy of anyone who actually works a job that doesn't involve serving. However; Chris tries his hardest to keep the grounds well maintained, the new Maintenance man looks as if he just figured out how to get to this side of town..
The NEW staff is not friendly and I realize Patty was not the friendliest, but she did tend to the needs I had.
There is only ONE resident that picks up after their pet in the area I live in.
Parking is parking, it is San Antonio and guests take up most, making it hard for the people who live here to find a place.
My neighbor, the poor thing, has bruises all over herself from her LOSER boyfriend, who I think is a Pizza delivery BOY. I have complained and called probably a hundred times and nothing has been done about it, he is not an actual tenant here, I am guessing in her case you have to beat them to keep them.
In conclusion, if you want to live in a complex, with bad parking, pet poop all over the place, no help from management on issues, then Melograno is the place for YOU.
I do have one question though....has there been a rent decrease' I believe so, judging from the new people that have moved in.
Do I recommend' You tell me............
