Not planning on renewing my lease!

I agree with all the reviewers who have had problems with the management. I haven't really had any problems with the leasing agents (they actually seem nice), just the manager DAISY. She is absolutely HORRIBLE! I have never met someone with such an attitude! It's like she doesn't realize she is in a consumer industry! I am usually not the type to complain about customer service or anything, but this is just ridiculous! She has got to go! If you don't believe me, check it out for yourself. It's ridiculous how rude she is!

It also upsets me that the management is saying that all the negative reviews are from evicted/former residents. I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT! I know many (at least 10 other) residents who also DO LIVE HERE. They not only agree with the negative reviews on here but could probably also offer some horror stories aka daisy encounters.

As far as parking, it's really bad... but I guess I can deal with it. The trash compactor area (there's just one for the whole complex) is disgusting. The gym sucks! The equipment is so out of date!! I wish they would fix that!
The walls here are paper thin... I can hear my neighbor snore! I can hear everything upstairs as well, but I am a student and can sleep through everything.

So why do I live here' The complex seems safe... although some of the other reviews on here have me rethinking that assessment. It's pretty, and with the exception of the trash compactor... it's also fairly clean. I'm a busy student and I basically try to avoid the leasing office (ie. drop rent in the drop box rather than go in).

I mean I can deal with noise, bad parking and a horrible manager but I have also heard that rent is going to increase $100-200 a month! yikes! I don't know if I can keep overlooking the flaws of this complex with that hike in rent!

Basically, if you plan on checking this place out... be sure to ask about all their policies. For example, what happens if rent is a day late ($50/day penalty) or can I have visitors in the evening' Don't be fooled! Hope that helps.
