The new management is not very friendly with the exception of just one leasing agent. Management has poor knowledge of the property. A leasing agent could not tell me where the dumpsters were when I moved in. She also inquired whether I would be needing to rent a washer and dryer. Washer and dryers are included with each unit... you just have to read the brochure.
Furthermore, they are unprofessional in dealing with residents and VERY ----. Rent is due the 1st, no exceptions. If it is not turned in on the 1st expect a charge of $50/day with no cut off. Parking can also become an issue. Your friends cannot park at the complex. You can only have visitors if you come to the office during office hours (before 5pm) and pay a $50 deposit for a visitor parking pass. Otherwise your friend's cars will be towed. This might not sound too bad, but trust me, it's definitely an inconvenience.
Apartments look nice, but I agree with the other reviewer, they are cheaply made. Definitely overpriced! You can hear your neighbors pretty well... this might be a problem for some, as a student, I'm used it. I haven't lived here too long so I cannot comment on maintenance or safety in the area. However, I would not recommend living here. I signed with the old management, which from the reviews, I guess also had their problems. However, they could not be this bad! Good luck apartment hunting!
