Upon moving into the Melograno apartment complex there were no worries. That staff was friendly and welcoming. The community was clean and well nice. All that came to a screeching halt when Melograno was bought out by another company and now were called "Villas at Medical." Since the change there has been nothing put problems. Number one on the list would be the growing insect problem. Yes i know the weather has alot to do with the increasing amount of critters but the amount in my apartment is ridiculous. Sometimes i feel as though i live at the roach motel or the fly in. Im not talkin your occasional lil scurry around in the bathroom, im talkin they are sitting down on the walls next to you while you eat dinner. Its disgusting. Pest control was supposively called out to take care of the problem but after a month goes by and the problem still exists one must wonder if they even came out at all. When the staff was approached about the problem we were told to just buy and fly swatter. The maintance is a joke... yes there may be one guy that does it all but when was that a problem of the tenets , hire a new one to help out!!! As for the new office staff... well they say please come to us with any problems you have, well ya they'll help you, theyll help you right out the door without a solution to the problem. The rude arrogance that is displayed by both workers and manager is no exceptable. This place cost way to much money to have to live with creepy crawlers and problems with the foundations and not have maintanace come and fix them. Ever since the new management came on board the dumpster has even overflowed ALL THE WAY DOWN THE RAMP AND WAIST HIGH (this is by no means an exaggeration)
Bottom line is i have about 5 months left in the this lease and i can't wait til that time comes. i will defiantly be out and won't look back. please don't even waste you time coming here much less spending you money. It goes to show don't judge a book by its cover... the inside could be awful...

Management Support. It is a company based out of California. He is a Jewish doctor. He is conservative. That is why he doesnt like tatoos.
