I am a very happy resident here. I just moved here and the mangement actually did more of a background check that I've ever had in an apt. But I appreciated that. I understand they are new management, but they seem to be understaffed, so I understand why some of the new tenants seem mad, but everytime I go to the office, the manager seems to be the only one that knows everything about her property. The trash compactor does stay full but when I went this weekend, I asked a tenant how to use and he said I just throw it in there and the management will take care of it. He didn't seem like a new resident, so it made me question the previous management probably babysat these college students. I feel we're all responisble for our own actions and saw that my move in packet held instructions on how to use the trash compactor. Anyhow, I love my apartment and hope these tenants start being responisble for themselves.

This is TOTALLY one of the idiots from the office making these remarks! You need to get a life and open your eyes. The old management was awesome and did show us everything and always helpful- these people are just selfish, dumb, young and unprofessional in their work

Obviously you haven't been here long! I live here and I am a college student who know how to use the trash compactor because Patty (old manager) showed me how when I got a tour of the property. If you lived in building 6 right by the trash maybe you would care a little more about it. All you do is throw you trash in and close the door then push the green button. It doesn???t take a rocket scientist to figure out that one. Every time I go into the office, everyone is talking to their boyfriends on the phone and I have to wait at least 10 minutes before anyone notices me. I can???t wait until my lease is up so I can get out of here.
