I have to live in the medical center because of school, but trust me I will be leaving this summer becuase the management sucks! They have no people skills, they brush you off and try and run you out the door even when they don't even look busy. They normally lock their doors and you can't get in to get a pakcage. You hear them talk about how the property is not noisy' Noisy is all it is especially with the parties but when they refuse to do anything about it, you just give up and wait till your lease is up and get the hell out of here! Thanks for the advice on the move out charges. They look like they nickle and dime you even though the office staff couldn't probably afford to live here themselves. The leasing girl has tattoos, the guy always wears outdated stained clothes and the manager''' Never even met her. The only good thing is maintenance is taken care of. But the management sucks, so I'm leaving to a newer property down the street that actually has things for the tenants to do. Don't live here!!

HELLO!!!! You just moved in... of course you're happy, for now. Get over it - there are mean people everywhere and I'm sure you're one of those that gets walked all over for thinking that someone who LIVES there was mean for wanting to get in.

Honestly, I def. have nothing to complain about. I am the 1st person to live in my apt, I have been here for almost 3 years, I go to school, come home and I have no reason to ever worry about anything going on at my complex. I love the fact that this place is new, quiet, and beautiful-I see landscapers on the property all the time in the afternoon. I am not sure why people would write such horrible things about the people who work here. Everytime I ever go into the office, everyone is so helpful and everyone calls both me and my boyfriend by our names. ------------------ I always see in the front and they help me so much, I even sit and chat with them sometimes. ---- has always been so helpful, he reminds me of my dad, by the fact that he seems to care so much about making sure I stay happy, I have never met the manager, but I would have no reason to meet her. People complain that this place is too loud, the other 3 people in my breezeway are all med students, and med students know we definately dont have time to be partying!!! I love it here, and really just suggest for anyone to come out and see the property and meet the people in the office. I am a happy camper, who cant believe there are people out there who complain about the fact that someone has colored hair or a simple peircing or what people wear...seriously I got my apt because the inside is way to nice to pass up, the landscaping is beautiful. Sure it is a little higher than what's around, but I am so close to school and I have so many friends who live here!

I second that! I have never had any problems with anyone that works in the office and I definetly have never had my apartment. Everyone always remembers my name at the office and I think that they are all very professional. I cant believe that anyone who acutally lives here would say such mean things about them.I fell really safe here and would hate to live anywhere else.

Anonymous on 05/01/09 response is obviously management. I never said anything about colored hair or piercings? I guess the office knows more than what I've seen. And then names everyone who works there? Get serious and ---- is like 14 years old how can he remind you of a dad, more like your younger immature brother. As for coming home and never worrying, I guess you never go to the pool or hot tub. I don't recommend the hot tub, we've seen some things. It's disgusting.

I agree the office must be writing fake reviews or responses but instead of that should just change their attitude and start actually taking the time to see the pool and the disgusting things left behind. Maybe answer a question without being snarly because you don't have a copy of your lease because they NEVER gave you one. My experiences are bad here and I can't wait to move.

WOW THANK GOODNESS FOR THESES REVIEWS!!!!!! I JUST TOOK A TOUR ON THURSDAY AND WAS THINKING ABOUT MAKING THIS MY NEW HOME.... BUT I HAVE TO SAY THAT NOT EVERYONE CAN BE PLEASED, BUT WHEN YOU HAVE A STAFF THAT DOES NOT ADDRESS THERE CURRENT UNHAPPY TENANTS NEEDS, THEN ACTION BY THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY SHOULD TAKE THE STEPS TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS INSTEAD OF THE MANAGEMENTS OBVIOUS ATTEMPT'S AT POSTING FAKE I'M SO HAPPY AND UNCONCERNED RESPONSES TO TRUE ISSUES. THEY SHOULD BE CONTACTING YOU EVEN IF IT'S ON HERE WITH A PROMISE TO MEET AND DISCUSS HOW THEY CAN HELP YOUR CORRECT YOUR JUST CONCERNS. THEY MUST NOT UNDERSTAND THAT IT COST A MINIMUM OF A $1000, TO TURN AN APT... WASTING THE COMPANY'S MONEY LIKE THAT IS SHOWING THEY WOULD RATHER WASTE THE OWNERS MONEY INSTEAD OF DOING WHAT THEY ARE PAID TO DO WHICH ALSO INCLUDES KEEPING YOUR RESIDENTS HAPPY... IT SHOWS THERE INABILITY'S TO MANAGE THIS ASSET. IF THIS ASSET WAS MINE ID HAVE A NICE SIT DOWN WITH THE STAFF AND MAKE THEM AWARE THAT IF THE RESIDENTS AREN'T HAPPY THEN THE BOTTOM LINE IS NOT BEING MEET. THERE FOR THERE JOBS WOULD BE IN JEOPARDY!!!! BOTTOM LINE IF THEY ARE NOT WILLING,ABLE,& MOST IMPORTANTLY CAPABLE OF PREFORMING THERE POSITIONS BY DOING WHAT IS NEEDED THERE ARE 3 AT THE DOOR THAT WILL!! BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY BUT SEEMS THE STAFF NEEDS TO BE EDUCATED IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BEFORE ID MOVE HERE.....I WOULDN'T EVEN CONSIDER MOVING HERE WITH HAVING TO DEAL WITH INATTENTIVE,UNRESPONSIVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT STAFF FOR WHAT WOULD BE THE DURATION OF A TEASE TERM AND QUESTION THE COMPANY THAT IS MANAGING THIS COMMUNITY...A NOTE TO THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY OR PROPERTY OWNER THE STAFF IS MAKING YOU LOSE MONEY!!!!!!
