I've been reading all the comments and overall you can tell by reading into the ignorance of the comments (foul language and even previous employees') that they have no class. I can see that a few of these people live here. They're the ones that were living here by the previous management and have the parties and leave their trash everywhere. I enjoy that the new management checks tattoos and vehicles. After all I pay good money to live here and I wouldn't like to invite my friends over to the property that has vehicles broken down or taking up parking with a flat tire. As for the tattoos, I too saw it on CNN and they said it wasn't against Fair Housing. I went to the office to ask them about it and they explained it has to be a large percentage of tattoos exposed for them to not qualify. It's their property and they can choose to have their own qualifications. Frankly, I like that. So please comment with your ignorant, no education comments. Move if you don't like it here. As for me I'm staying. I love it here. I love that an SAPD officer works for them and lives on property too!!

I'm surprised you've even seen the SAPD officer, as far as I'm concerned that's a joke.
