Unhappy with new management at Villas at Medical Center

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I moved in when Villas at Medical Center was formerly Melograno Apartments and let me tell you the management staff was freindlier and more helpful then the ones that they have now. Also, everytime that I would go to the office in the last months before my move out they were changing bookkeepers and staff it seem on a monthly basis. For the review from 10/18/07 that is so untrue that formal tenants were dirty or having loud parties, because I was with this apartment complex for over one year and I started to notice new tenants moving in and I notice that the upkeep of the dumpster and tenants not picking up after their dogs was out of control. Also, there were always parties every weekend, because I would see these from my patio when I would sit out on every Saturday night whenever I was home. Most of these were held by the younger group of people that we had living at the complex. Everytime that I brought the problem of tenants not picking up after their dogs to the apartment manager the only thing she could tell me was that it would be impossible to send out remainder notices to the tenants, because too many of them had pets. I could hardly wait to move out because I lived in Building 5 and I would have thought I lived above where an elephant lived. She was very noisy with her feet and always making noise day or night. The parking I think was the biggest issue especially for your guests who were visiting, because after nine they would have to park outside the complex or get towed away. I moved out in September and left the apartment complex very clean, but even then I was charged to have the carpet clean and for an existing water bill that I never got a final bill from the water company. Also, while living at this complex they had some contractors doing some touchups on some of the buildings and got paint on my truck which because they claim I did not have any witnesses they could not do nothing about it. I would not recommend this apartment complex to any of my friends or family and as for the person that wrote their comment on 10/18/07 it has nothing to do with education or ignorant, but the type of treatment that you get from your management staff.
