Management is a mess

I have lived here since it was under previous management. They were a bigger pain than the ones that work here now, but they are still not accommodating. After a few months here, the parking was ridiculous. One night I came home at 3am (from studying!) and the only parking spots left were on the other side of the complex. I didn't feel safe walking that far, and so I parked in the striped spot. The next morning my car had been towed, and when I argued that I hadn't felt safe/there wasn't adequate parking/etc the manager told me that "Safety wasn't their responsibility." They didn't pay for my towing.
Also, I was specifically told from the Melograno people that on a month-to-month, you only had to give 30 days notice for vacating, and when I went to give my notice, the Villas people told me that basically the staff had lied to me, and I now owe an extra month of rent, even though I'm leaving. These are prob the nicest apartments in terms of design, with a nice pool, but I don't think there are any apartments in the med center area that are worth it.
Plus the tattoo thing is insane. You can't descriminate based on color, but apparently you can descriminate based on ink colors'
