I have lived here for 2 years, and watched this complex go down the TUBE. The current management has successfully increased the prices per apartment at least $70. The grounds are horrible, they are littered with beer bottles and dog poop. The previous management had beautiful shrubbery outside the buildings that is now about to die and littered with trash. They let the dumpsters over flow NUMEROUS times. There has also been at least 6 car breakins outside of my building along over the past 3 months, and they've done NOTHING to notify the tenants or protect us. I HIGHLY do not recommend this complex, and will NOT renew my lease. The parking is horrible, especially if you try to come home after 9 pm. The fitness room has outdated barely functional equipment which is never cleaned or maintained. The business center has one working computer, however there have been numerous (>3) break ins through the business center, so it is not a safe place to go after dark. I am unable to study at home because the apartments are so poorly insulated, I can hear my neighbors sneezing and their dogs barking 24/7. I have also had to call in numerous complaints regarding my neighbors grilling on their balcony because it filled my apartment with smoke. NOTHING was done, and this continues to happen every weekend. This place is a COMPLETE joke.

I agree they are horrible, I have lived here 1 year and I am moving out. The girls in the office appear as though they are hung over from the night before every day.The trash is gross I always think something is alive in there it smells so bad. I feel for the people who live there by it. Towing is huge here, my Mom's has a handicap sticker got towed thirty min after nine it cost 175. I have called the cops 4 times on the hooker that lives above me. All day and night I hear her in the act and see all kinds of men leaving. I can't wait to leave this hell hole.
