I have currently been living here for 2 years now(i am currently still living here because the management might say something about these reviews are from people that moved out or have been evicted). When i have first moved here with my roomate, the staff was wonderful when it was formerly melograno. After the change of staff and management, it seemed to not be how it used to be. From what i have notice in the reviews during the staff and management change ... it had went from a 4.0 average rating to an average of 2.0 rating ... can you explain that VMCmanagement''''' There are numerous things that need to be done here and so far i have not seen any action being taken to fix it. I can never find a parking space with the villas, but with melograno there use to be towing every night. During our stay with this new managment, we had neighbors complain to us about noise a couple times. The Management did not care to listen or even bother asking what our story was and already assumed that we are at fault. If we were making too much noise and those complaints came from my neighbor, then why couldnt they have came to talk to us about the problems before making the complaint' (also want to make a note that the complaints came from weekends and only happened 3 times and we don't party. I am a full time student). Guess what .. the management finnaly scheduled a meeting for the neighbor and I to discuss the problem and the management said they will call me the following day to show up with the neighbor. Well lets just say the management never called me at all and the meeting had never occurred. I had really wanted to resolve that issue with our neighbor but the management had done nothing. I really wished that the management and staff would do a better job, but i guess they don't care much about how people feel about this place. I'm not trying to write a review to say this is a bad place, but if I don't see an improvement then i will say something about it.

The only thing that encouraged me to put how i truly feel about this place is due to this comment by VCManagement and here is what they had posted:

It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non-payment of rent or other lease violations, those who have never actually lived on the property or are posted by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend visiting the property to come to your own unbiased conclusions about our community and its management.

Why don't you be truthful and honest to the public and I really am dissapointed in this management and staff and this apartment complex. Well by saying this from what you had posted means you DO read the commments online. So why don't you do something about the complaints here.... answer my question please.
WELL IM GOING TO PUT THIS IN CAPS SO YOU WILL KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT AN EVICTED RESIDENT AND NOT POST FROM ANOTHER COMPETITOR. is that clear enough' I AM CURRENTLY STILL LIVING HERE. Now I'd like to see the management post something like that again. If so, I'd be glad to respond with much more problems that this place has.

Well anyways I am a really nice person and just want to let people know the truth. Hopefully this will help future individuals before they think about moving in. But if there are improvement I will be glad to post something good, but right now it seems to be really difficult.

By the way Happy Valentines Day to everyone! .. Getting my girlfriend flowers and a super nice dinner tonight.
