I have had no problems with the management. They have actually been really nice and helpful and always remember my name and apartment number. There is only one time that I have had a bad encounter with them, and although I don't think it was handled well, it was ultimately my responsibility. I have never had a late fee--if something happened where my rent was a day late I simply call and they have been very accommodating.
Parking can be a problem, but is really only bad at buildings 1 and 2. Behind building 3/4 is NEVER EVER even CLOSE to full...for a while I was the ONLY car parking there. Same with building 6 and 7...there are always empty spots. The complex is fairly small too, so I don't see a problem with walking.
The trash compactor is small, however, they have made some major improvements to it since I have moved here. Every day I bring my garbage out and there is someone there to help me.
I feel very safe here. I am a female living alone and haven't had any problems.
I also don't understand the walls are paper thin comment...The only thing I can hear is when people are talking in the hallway between our apartments...I can't hear the people next to me on either side at all, unless they slam a door (or their apartment alarms go off). I'm sure the people next to me hate me though, because my alarm is probably the loudest made by man.
My only real complaint is some of the people that live here. I had three people over and the police came for a noise complaint. The policeman laughed and went over to the people who complained and told them to deal with it...it was also 9:15 on a Saturday night...no music, just three friends...

I love there too and people below us and to one side of us said we were too loud and always having parties even though there was only 5 people (including myself and my 2 roomates) in the apartment. Maybe if they didn't make the walls so paper thin.
