Not a happy resident!

Very expensive for what it offers. Not happy at all with the way things were handled before I left. The administration office did not send any notice or reminder about the end of contract- nobody bothers to do so. The reason is simple: unless you "remind" yourself, they'll renew the contract automatically for one more month. I guess it benefits them not to do their job. Another thing that you'll find it very different from any other place is that the security deposit is almost a joke. The deposit amounts to $100 but it doesn't seem to be enough. After I left, I received an additional bill close to $200 in top of the security deposit. I don't understand why they don't raise the security deposit to $300 (if that's the case), rather than charging more money for additional cleaning of the apartment. It's like they want to make sure that they can suck off as much money as they can before you're completely done.
Already left and very happy to do so!

Quit your whining and bitching and say something that's helpful it's gonna be that way at any apartment that the lease will renew on it's own and you have to put in a 30 or some places a 60 day notice before you vacate. I am pretty sure theres a reason for those extra charges, why don't you just ask, can't be whining about that just because you lack the initiative to find out when your lease ends, so thats there fault right, get the f*** over it and stop blaming your lack of initiative on the management, can't stand people like you.

Wow Anonymous. All I have to say that at all the apartments I've ever lived in (which is A LOT) that I have ALWAYS received a notice on my door that my lease contract was coming to an end. I've never had to guess or constantly refer back to my contract to see. Besides, if the BUSINESS is not even going to bother to tell you if they require a 30 or 60 day notice, how on earth are you supposed to know when you need to submit your notice to vacate? Seems like the apartment staff is aware of this site and are doing all they can to discredit former residents with valid complaints.
