Hi I just wanted to say that I just moved here about 2 months ago and I love it here. Im not even from Texas and I leased out my apartment without ever seeing it. On the day I came to sign my lease the staff was so helpful with everything. Since I had never seen my apartment the leasing girl took me to it and explained everything about the property and this area. She spent a good hour and a half with me. Already in this short amount of time everything has far surpassed my expectations. I have already met alot of my school mates who live here with me and it just so cool to be able to have study groups with people who are already here! I havent had any problems with noise or parking and all of my neighbors are so friendly. In short I think that I will be here for the entire time that Im going to school, which is a good 3 more years!

I live here to and I agree w/ everything. The staff is super nice and the apartments are beautiful.

Quiet? You have to be joking? I have complained about the parties and never being able to find a parking space and not only did I go to an office that was locked but when the guy finally showed up, he took his time while I had to hear him talk about that it wasn't a noisy property!!! I so badly wanted to tell those people who didn't know any better that it was a bunch of croc. Not only is it noisy but management does nothing about it!!!

The apts can be nice.....too bad the staff sucks and doesn't know how to take care of this place properly. Of course you're happy moving. The rents are so much lower than when I first rented here, I saw a lot of people move out I guess they had to do anything to have someone live here. It pisses me off that my neighbor has the same size apt as me and yet pays $80.00 less than me. Screw them, I can't wait to leave.
