We lived here since the building was constructed. Then, we moved out of San Antonio, and now we miss our apt in the 3rd floor with panoramic view, 1 ba, 1 bd, 1 studio.
CONS: Our patio was facing the street and it was nosy, yet acceptable. The AC was next to our bedroom and if you're not a heavy sleeper (as I am), it will certainly awake you every time it turns on. The kitchen fluorescent light was never properly fixed, so I decided to use the recessed light only. Many residents didn't take care of their dogs' poop. Pest control was not perfect either... in the around 3 years I lived there, I saw 2 roaches (1 dead) and 2 crickets in my apt, and 3 roaches outside in the 1st floor (YES! I counted them b/c I hate finding insects in my home).
The original management (Melograno's) was better than the following b/c they were much more warm & efficient people who knew their property, residents, and their needs.
PROS: In general, I consider this is an ABOVE AVERAGE property. Very nice kitchen, appliances, and pantry. The patio, closets, and bathroom are big. I also liked having an intrusion alarm in my apt. The gym was OK. The pool was clean, but the jacuzzi not that much...
Maintenance and managers (in general) are nice and professional people. They solved every request I had and took care of our safety installing security cameras and checking fire alarms as well as smoke detectors (but YOU are responsible for changing the batteries!!!)
When moving out, pay attention to every single detail. They will charge you for every single damage and spot of dirt.

I'm sure this was written by one of the employees in the office becuase this is too much stupid information and no one takes time of their life to say pros and cons of an apt they don't live at anymore. Nice try but I caught on to this one.
