I'm not one to complain but I have to agree with management not being friendly and also lacking professionalism. I always use the business center and you can hear a lot of what is being said by the staff. You would be shocked to know what they say. I guess they don't realize without us renters they wouldn't have a job. But it also seems like it's a bunch of immature kids running the place, so I guess they let anyone work here. I like being close to school, my rent is kind of high, but I don't want to hand my rent check to people that don't respect renters. I too have had to wait outside because they lock the front door and don't leave a note. I also never park close to my apt, that's frustrating. I do worry when I move out because I remember hearing the kid in the office once telling these girls what they were being charged and he handled it very unprofessional and seemed to enjoy charging them. But I belive in karma and it will come back to him one day. But if you go to school at UT Health Science Center, I recommend Abbey at Grande Oaks. It's brand new, they're close to UT. They have elevators, fitness center, movie room. So much for your money. It's a great apt and they even have resident activities. Now there's a staff that respects a renter. Forget Villas at Medical Center, go to Abbey at Grande Oaks.

I agree I will be moving too. I've had to wait for someone to open the front door when they are out on property and I have to wait when they're just hanging out talking to whoever is in front of them. I have a busy scheudle and don't have time to hear them chit chatting.
