I am unhappy here. My rent is too high for what you get. There's only a pool that is used by people that live in the area. You can see them drive up, park their car by the office and jump the gate. As for my apt, I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking and forget buying groceries, I never park close to my apartment. What is worst, each time I've gone to the office, I feel like I'm bothering them. They look like they're just hanging out and I'm disturbing them. I needed to know when my lease ends, because they haven't bothered to send me a letter that my lease will be ending and what my options are. I've read the responses about the charges and I'm not looking forward to it. I'm just waiting to move. I'm very unhappy.

Wow! Why dont you grow up? Your an adult right? Because if you are then you should know when your lease ends. Why do you have to rely on people reminding YOU of when your lease is up. You live in an apartment so of course things are not going to be perfectly quiet all the time. What do you think everything is sound proof? Move in to a house if you dont want to hear anyone around you. I have been here for almost a year and gues what I know when I need to renew. This is a awesome place to live and I would hate to be anywhere else.

You must be the one having the parties and ---------- in the pool. And if you think it's okay for the office to treat you crappy when you have a question about your lease then I would have to believe you are representing the office and your statements are false.
