Plain simple and to the point. Move when your lease ends. Problems: 1.) no parking for you 2.) no visitor parking 3.) when it rains water pours into your apt from the windows 4.) no basketball has been built *they just con you to move in) 5.) people -------- in the hot tub....very unsanitary 6.) Security is never available and never returns calls when people have a parties 7.) fitness equipment is poor 8.) people from other apts near by come to use the pool and take up parking in front of the office 9.) rent is high for an apt that picks up noises of people walking up the stairs 10.) the office staff is not friendly, don't even ask them a question about your lease, they expect you to know and won't help you if you need it. 11.) break in to vehicles because of the area we live in. 12.) trash is always collecting outside dumpster and smells. The only thing good is the maintenance men work really hard to keep it clean but I can't say the same for the people in the office.
