I thought the manager did an excellent job trying to keep everyone happy after a disastrous fire. There were many problems beyond his control. Reading another review, I can only respond that the owner did not refuse to release anyone from their lease. He was very accomodating to my neighbors who wanted to leave. That renter must have owed him money. I still live here and I enjoy the place and people. Very quiet. Yes, they are older apartments but the management have been improving them everyday and maintenanace is quick to respond. I like the small number of units here compared to a larger complex. It feels more homey.
