Let me first start by saying that I thought the grounds were beautiful and the ammenities plentiful. The maintenance staff has always been friendly, but the office staff leaves a bit to be desired.

I just moved out a few weeks ago and I can tell you that it was 100% due to the new management! They now tell me that I can no longer take my guests into the raquetball court or pools and that I must leave my apartment perfect when I leave or I will be charged out the yin yang for anything! Also, I had a special when I moved in and they wanted to raise my rent by $75+ dollars. That is outrageous! Also, the office staff is really stand-offish! I would have to sing and dance to get any help which I found really offensive.

Once the new company took over, they ditched most of the office staff, which may help, but I was already so disgusted that I would not renew! It is a shame, though, because I had a beautiful apartment with a garage and the place was really pretty. I would have stayed, but I moved out on principal. You have to think about what is important to you before you decide to live here.
