When we first moved in everything was great! We had great staff and great ammenities. Neighbors were awsome and friendly. People had bar-b-ques and played vollyball all weekend. Then they got bought out. They laid off the whole staff carelessly and replaced them with fake staff who make you wait 30 minutes to pick up a package because they are chit chatting on the phone. Although the maintnance man is great at repairs....the place was falling apart. The tub in the apartment above us was about to go through the ceiling...and all of our lights were filled with stinky water that over flowed on the carpets. They changed all the rules. We paid 1050 dollars a month for the largest floor plan and all amenities. Now they charge you to have access to the amenities and no friends allowed. My husband was told that if he wanted to play basketball, then they would pair him up with a tenant because his buddy was not allowed to use the amenity (only tenants).

Not to mention that to renew our lease it will go from 1050 to 1250$. Specials only apply to new tenants. Amenities were available 24 hours...now they close at 10...after paying for it. They tell you that if you have more then 2 guest that you need to rent the billards room for 50 dollars...but then everyone on the property still has access. You are paying so that you can have more then 2 guest on the property.

Worst of all...they do random checks of the apartments. They told everyone that Friday through Sunday, they were going to inspect all the propert and you could not arrange for a time where you would be home. They recommended that you lock up your valuables.

Bottom line, don't move here unless you are never home!
