Well, I'm really not a person to talk badly about a person or company, but I wouldn't want people to be fooled by misrepresentations either.

When I first moved into "Summit at Turtle Rock", I loved my new apartment. My wife and I would sit on our patio and watch our neighbors play volleyball. Everyone was great! Friendly neighbors, friendly staff, and great maintanance made it a pleasant complex.

But just it always happens, these great things came to an end! The property was sold to a new management company. Most of the wonderful staff was replaced almost immediately, and the couple staff members which remained soon after quit due to an unpleasant work environment.

Since this change my wife and I have noticed an increase in vacancies at the complex, and have greatly missed all of our community activities.

As of late the staff appears to be a lot nicer. Appearances can be deceiving! I overheard them bad mouthing two diffent residents that had noise issues! I wonder what they say about my wife and I'''

Overall, it's a good looking property, but it leaves much to be desired for the amount in rent you pay.

Parking is begining to be a difficulty, and the "gated" access, isn't so "gated" since the "gates" seem to be broken on a daily basis. They do not provide you with an access code, you get a remote instead, but sometimes the remotes do not operate correctly and you have to sit and wait until a car exits and hurry to sneak in through the exit side.

The water sprinkler system is a joke! Every car get soaked and ends up with horrible water spots! After several request to have them fixed or pointed in a direction other than the oxidating paint of my vehicle, they still have not complied!

Don't move here unless you are into S&M! It's been the biggest pain in the butt, and I consider myself to be a patient person.
