I'm SURE that the last 4 positive reviews were made up by the new management company. I've lived here for over 4 years & the new management is the worst it's ever been. It used to be managed by Summit Properties, then it was called Turtle Rock & the office staff was wonderful! New management company is called MANAGEMENT SUPPORT. It should be more like POOR MANAGEMENT, NO SUPPORT.

Management gets a commission on cars towed off the property. If you park in the fire lane, they will tow your car with no warning, it will cost over $250 to get it released. Bexar Towing told me that they pay a commission to the apartments for ever car they tow away.

In December alone we had 6 cars & 1 apartment burglarized. You can verify this at:
San Antonio Police Department's CURRENT CRIME DATA AND MAPS website. The cameras on the property & gates broke last year and they never bothered to fix them. When someone opens 1 gate to get in, they ALL open, letting anyone in the so called "gated" community. There used to be a security patrol that patrolled the complex but the new management cancelled that service. There is no security. The apartment's solution to the crime problem' they put a sign on the entrance that says to call the police if someone follows you in. This is impossible since ALL the gates open when 1 opens. The SAPD officer that works this area told me that he's made more calls here in the last year, than he did since he started, 6 years ago.

When I first moved here, I was to be able to have a couple of friends over to play basketball, but the last time we tried the manager informed us that NO guests and only tenants were allowed in the clubhouse or pool.

We always got updates (newsletters & flyers) on new rules & news about the property when Summit was managing the property, but the new management would rather change the rules and not notify us to make more money. For example, they changed the date the rent is late to the 2nd from the 3rd, but didn't notify anyone so they could make more money.

My lease is up in June, but I don't think I can stand living here until then.

I would not recommend living here to ANYONE! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
