The people at the office are very unhelpful.
They wanted me to pay rent for one extra month even though they had made a mistake in my lease. Eventually this was resolved.
However, problems arose again when I moved out. The charges were outrageous and they pretty much make you pay for all the normal wear and tear of the apartment. Don?t even try to clean your apartment because they will make you pay for cleaning anyway.
They also didn?t keep track on my deposit, so now, on top of losing the $200 deposit, I will have to pay a bunch of cleaning charges! (I always got ALL my deposit back in other apartments I?ve lived at).
I would not recommend it to anybody.
