I have never lived there, but, I can tell you I have looked into it and don't be fooled by the sales pitch. After moving here from Houston, I can tell you that I was set on moving in there until I found out how the complex was REALLY run. They only wanted my $$$, then decided to ignore me when I entered the office. I cancelled and told them I had changed my mind. Then, they told me I had one apartment and switched me to another when they realized they rented it to someone else by mistake. From what I have heard from the residents that I have met, the maintenance is terrible and apartments that arent what they seem after a while not to mention the high crime rate of cars broken into. I ended up moving into a much nicer place down the road and couldnt be happier.
