Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
I have lived at this property since 1999 & boy have things changed. The past 2 years my rent has gone up $40 with each lease renewal. When I spoke to the office about it - they claim they should have increased the rents more. Talk about an incentive to move this year!!!
This was an awesome complex to live in when it was Summit Turtle Rock, but since the management and name change it has been a nightmare. The new management demolished the beautiful landscaping & replaced it with ground cover that is a roach magnet. In addition, it has taken me over 14 months to have repairs done on my apartment and there are still some things that have never been finished (i.e. final painting over the repair work). I used to think the apartments were built well, until cracks starting showing up, the cabinets in the kitchen began pulling away from the wall, and the counter top finish began pulling up. Each year a carpet cleaning incentive is offered as a lease renewal incentive, but it is never provided.
The cool amenities of covered parking & the drive through mail port are very nice but not worth it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!
