Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I have lived at Villas for just over a year and at no point do I feel that any of the staff has behaved as mentioned thoughout the postings. The are friendly and helpful whenever I enter their office. I did find out that there are move-out charges and I can see that no one wants to pay but when I investigated these fees they were justifiable. I have enjoyed living here as many of my neighbors have as well.
