Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Constant Water leaks from pipes and roof. Wall started growing black mold and all that was done was repainted over. It kept growing back though... how lovely is that'!'!/ Paying 1100 in rent and living in a molded apartment. Our allergies went crazy and contantly were sick. Took forever for maintenance to be completed and then done half-a$$ job! Lived there for almost 2 years!!!! Never again!
