The apartments are very nice aside from issues we had with silverfish. The management is not bad, BUT; and this is the problem with this complex is that they are not on your side. If they can charge you for something they will. If there is a problem with the apartment or complex it is your fault somehow. Luckily before we moved out this past spring the management on our side of the complex changed over to Cenizo flats and we received our full security deposit back. We have friends who lived on the side that stayed under the Villas management and they were charged for painting,rug cleaning any little thing that they could be charged for. So just to show you how management can affect your stay at a property we loved the management that took over and were glad to say good bye to the Villa management. Good Luck!
