Not terrible...not great either From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I recently lived at the Villas at Oakwell Farms and we had tons of issues. Water leaks, bugs, garage door, etc. This place looks great on the outside and has plently of amenities, but looks are decieving. Maintenance had to come out several times for the same problem. If you want to deal with the maintenance issues, this is the place to live.
