Overcharged upon move out. Not only did I have ridiculous charges applied to my move out at the end of the lease but so did 3 of my friends that lived in complex. All of us were charged ALL of our deposit plus excess charges.

We were treated well until we had issues with the apartment or cars were broken into in the parking lot due to the gates NOT being fixed for over a month.

I see they are consistent. I left a posting on this website 11/13/2006 with the same comments. I also received a reply back. Clearly one of the winners working in the office left the reply. Guess I should have know when there was no walk through upon move out. Just drop the key in the box they tell you and they will mail you the deposit; instead of the deposit they mail you a large bill.

EXACT same thing happened to me a few years ago. It really was an amazing experience to be treated so poorly. It's obviously a management problem and until someone sues them for treating tenants like this, they will probably keep up the same practices.

EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME! I find it interesting on here..the only positive reviews this place has is from current residents and the minute you move out you HATE this place with a passion due to the ridiculous charges they try to get you with. It is a crime what these people are doing and if I can keep one person from ever renting from this place then my job is done..so please, if you are thinking of renting here take a very good look at this review, this is the TRUTH about this place!

Yes, I agree. Why have policies if they dont enforce them. Such as backing into parking stalls. Its in the lease NO backing into stalls, but quite a few residents do just that and nothing is said. They dont live up to their word, Frankly, I wish I could influence everyone to stay away. I dont like to be lied to. And yes, I understand that a majority of residence I am finding out have had their deposits taken away either entirely or mostly. Yeap, things were nice until move out. I suspect they make up big time on overcharges. Maybe warrant an investigation? Hmmmmm.
