I have been here over a year now, first in a corporate apartment, and now in a one bedroom. I find the staff helpful and friendly. Maintenance is on the ball and I never wait for any repair (not that there have been many). I have a garage, so parking is not an issue, but I always see open parking available.
I do notice that the gates are left open more often than I like. The trash bins also tends to overflow now and then. But the guys on the grounds clean em up right away, and I see someone walking the grounds every single day to pick up tenant/guest litter. Pretty nice touch.
Had a couple of silverfish, but a little home defense and some boric acid and haven't seen em since. And I love lighting a nice cozy fire in the fireplace on these chilly winter eves.
I have seen tenants let their animals destroy the blinds, be left on porches to deficate and urinate, and to bark at all hours. This is not managements fault.

I would recommend this complex to anyone that was a responsible tenant.

Best of luck on getting your deposit back regardless on how responsible and clean a person you are. I guess my eyes were opened.
