PLEASE DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX! Do not make the same mistake I did, I thought the apartments were "nice" and overlooked all the negative reviews on here..there is a reason they are here, they are true! The complex is currently rated 28% out of 100% and that is completely accurate, if you like the area check out Cenizo Flats right around the corner, that was my 1st choice but they had a month wait and there is a reason! If a complex can get you in right away..be cautious! Cenizo Flats is rated close to 90%.....DO NOT MOVE TO VILLAS AT OAKWELL FARMS ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE MILITARY, look at other reviews as well here..they do not support their military at all! (They just happened to change their military clause while we were living there)
