Prospective Tenants/Those folks apartment browsing: I wanted to address a few things:

I have been living at Villas at Oakwell Farms for almost five (5) years now, and in the very same apartment. This is "apartment" living folks, please remember this. (and I have been in a few throught the years) In other words, I have had many neighbors come and go the past 5 years....you have good and those, I am sorry to say, "not so good" neighbors, those that slam doors, have heavy lead feet when climbing the staircase, like their TV/stereo on super high volume etc, but, guess what; its an apartment and we ALL have to be courtious to each other! In an apartment neighbors are in close proximity to one another and we must remember this. If you decide to live here and keep the above points in mind, I can pretty much assure that you will enjoy your stay at the Villas.

Now on to my evaluation: Great staff ! Maintenance crew are readily available and they are always courteous and friendly. The manager and office staff are professionals. Awesome (absolutely -NO-{zero}- problems here) I never have had an issue with any staff member. Again, treat them the way you would like or want to be treated, courteous and manners folks! It will pay off, trust me. Parking is great, Indoor facilities are always clean and orderly. The amenities are awesome ! Sauna, jaccussi, indoor basketball court, raquetball court, outdoor tennis and volleyball. I have used them all. These apartments have it all available and well-kept!! I would "highly" recommend these apartments to anyone. They have been fantastic. Kudo's to the entire staff Villas ! Each one of you will surely be missed. Thanks you very much for the great stay !!!!!

I lived here for 2 years, and no one thought this. It has nothing to do with the neighbors. It has to do with the management staff and their lack of....management. It has nothing to do with how you treat them. In fact, I rarely interacted with them, but when I did, it was not a pleasant experience. Moving out? Wow, don't get me started. The amenities here ARE amazing. They were one of the reasons I moved in. But when the staff started ruling the amenities like it was ---- Germany, they lost their luster. When this place turned over from Summit to the Villas, it all went downhill. I would be SHOCKED if the above reviewer was not a staff member.

Anonymous, I agree, staff has stated many times dont worry about it, and guess what....yeap, thats right , no deposit. So military folks recommend lakeside villas . Military housing will receive a letter as well.
