I have lived in these apartments for over 6 months. The environment is beautiful but plagued with problems. Wall are extemely thin if you have roommates you can hear everything and if anyone is at the pool late you can't sleep until they leave. As for the office they are extremely nice but unhelpful every work request I have submitted has had to be resubmitted at least three times before the work got done. Most problems were from previous tenant such as, when I moved it the carpets were stained and smelled of pet urine. Also if it rains hard it will leave water stains on your ceiling. Overall I would not recommend living here unless you see the apartment before moving in or live on the other side away from the pool.
