I was almost amazed when I saw these reviews. I am sure if I would have seen this when I moved in 8 months ago I would have ran, but I have been here now for 8 months and no problems so far. I have had 3 maintenance requests and all have been done in a timely manner (one took three days, but the office people explained that they where between maintenance) All in all, I know that there have been a couple pool parties, but nothing for me to complain about!(that's why I don't live by the pool)
