To say that Sonterra is bad is an understatement -- it's horrible. Bad staff, rude, and will clean you up with fake charges.

I agree. They lied to us prior to signing the contract and changed the terms with a new contract just when I was moving in. The place was not cleaned and had to make several calls before they acted on anything.Management is a joke. Does not respond to any concerns. Had to remind them over and over again to make repairs. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Get out while you can. We expect them to rip us off too. Lawyers standing by just in case. Beware, they enter the apartment whenever they want without permission. Any work done is completed poorly. We had to clean up after the workers. Not an apartment to be in.

The Villas at Sonterra are a member of the local Texas Apartment Associaton. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are bt residents who have been evicited for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, or who have never actually lived on property or by competitors. Be cautious in assumming the truthfulness of posting by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about out apartment community and its management. Villas at Sonterra

If anyone has a problem with any apartment, small claims court is very inexpensive and gets results--renters have lots of rights, y'know.
