Don't Move Here

The Villas at Sonterra's management is awful. I lived there for 2 months and continued to pay for my 7 month lease (no late payments). I left the appartment how I moved in, spotless. They charged me for cleaning things that were not dirty. Also, instead of sending me a letter for payment (which I wouldn't have paid), they sent my account to a Collection Aggency. Who I didn't pay for the false charges. So now I am turning The Villas at Sonterra into the Better Business Bureau. What ever they offer you don't move there.

Wow I am amazed to see this kind of article about The Villas at Sonterra I lived there a while back and even had a dog that stayed with me in which I paid a pet deposit for. When I moved out I made sure I cleaned as they told me and when I moved out I received not only my entire security deposit back minus a water bill, but also my pet deposit as well. I have a friend that is living there now and she said they have always helped her when needed and I hopefully will be moving back to San Antonio soon and will go back to The Villas at Sonterra if at all possible it is a good location on the side of town where I want to be and it is close to work as well.
