I really enjoy living here. The management has always worked so well with me no matter what the situation. Just like any apartment theres issues with the occasional loud neighbor and sometimes parking isn't easy (depending on what building you live in) but i have always been impressed with how effeciantly they've handled any repairs and complaints. With this apartment, communication is key and as long as you respect the property then it's a fantastic and very affordable place to live. Essspecially hard to find considering its right in the heart of stone oak. However, i havent moved out, my lease isn't up therefore i haven't been slapped with any ridiculous charges- so we'll see how i feel in a few months but right now i LOVE it here. Great place for young professionals. I've reffered 2 people and they love it here as well.
