I suppose you get what you pay for...but this is rediculous. I have had the same problem in my apartment since August. I have asked them and asked them to fix it, and they slap some stuff together and say it's complete. Currenly, my apartment looks like the entrance to the ghetto. My apartment was left basically unsecured for months because they wouldn't fix the problem with my door. Just about everyone's door here is a problem. The apartment next to mine was broken into, but I had to hear about it from one of my neighbors. There is a dysfunctional couple that lives by me who scream at each other in the middle of the night and wake the other residents up. The other comments on the water are totally correct. Thankfully, I work during the day, so it didn't affect me too much...but honestly. And when we complained about not having enough notice before the water was to be turned off, they decided to send out notices at the same time...but saying that it was due to EMERGENCY problems. Well...how many emergencies can you have over a 2 month period where you cut the water off at least once or twice a week' When I moved in, I was told that the gate would be fixed soon, then Christmas, and now...they won't even set a date. One of the main reasons I moved into this apartment was because of the gate, and what good it has done me. The woman who showed the apartment was great, but she left that day. The staff is evenly split between the people who have no power to make changes and those who just won't do anything for you. Never ever even look at the apartments here...the woman who I always seem to run into in the office is a world class b(*&h.
