I rented here in 2000 and still have problems....while living here a leasing agent said she saw a cat in my apartment--must have been a ghost--and charged $100 upon my move out. Because they were impossible and i was just glad to be gone, I paid the fee just to be done with it...so now years later it is still on my credit as though i never paid. Every time I try to rent another apartment, I cant contact the management because they ve changed, don't have the records, aren't allowed to, whatever reason they can concoct. My credit report doesn' t even list a collection agency they sold the "debt" to- it seems every company that buys this place is worse than the last. Just now on the phone the manager told me i was pretty much out of luck, that I had to contact the non existent collection company to pay the fee again. Two years ago i went through the same thing, at least with better results- they were able to fax proof i had paid but still did not remove it from my credit.

Even worse, i convinced my boyfriend and brother to live here in 2004 only to seriously regret it- they were flooded from july 4 to the 7-no one even came to suction the water till then -mold up the walls, furniture ruined, god knows what in our lungs, for three days. then the carpet was just piled in the corner to stagnate. They acted like the whole thing was our problem. The boiler problems were there as everyone says and other fixtures were crap too. They finally moved them to the back of the complex where there was no hot water for about two months, our cars were damaged-keyed horribly, side view mirrors ripped off. After the nightmares with the flooded apartment and lost furniture, they still charged them for their deposit!! This place is a hell that if you sign on the line you might as well hand them your credit, any comfort of living, and your sanity cause i swear this place is a communist nightmare.
